The hotel is very good situated very close to the tram, mosque and bazaar. Bathroom tub very dangerous. But overall staff is very friendly.

The location is exceptional... The hotel located in the heart of the center of SultanAhmet where wonderful historical places, shops and restaurants are near. Breakfast is avrage. Staff are all helpful and so kind. The triple room is not suitable for 3 persons, it can be good for two persons. But the greatness of the location covered everything.

The hotel has a very good location. The room was clean, tidy but small. However, this should not detract from the rating. The breakfast was simple but decent. We were also asked if we wanted coffee or tea. The staff were very friendly. We booked a hotel transfer at the hotel, the prices were normal for the area. The driver arrived on time. All in all, a nice, family-run hotel that is worth recommending.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2023. It started with the fact that the photos did not correspond to reality. We chose the room based on the photo, but it turned out that during the pandemic they painted all the walls white and forgot to change the photo. But that’s okay... when we booked, a buffet breakfast was indicated, and when we arrived, we were given a selection of 3 cheeses, two sausages and a basket of rolls for breakfast... which was also not reported in advance. When we moved in, it turned out that the toilet flush button was broken, instead of fixing it, we were offered the option of using it without fixing it... I’m sure it’s still lying there broken. The shower tray was leaking on all sides, so after every shower there was a puddle in the bathroom. Which, as I understand it, will remain without repair. We paid 8,000 rubles per night, a total of 32,000 for the entire stay. Decide for yourself whether this is a worthy price for the amenities I have indicated.

Unfortunately, I was shocked the first day that I booked a room with a city view and got a room with a wall where no light came into the room. The room was changed for me on the second day but unfortunately I still had half a wall there. I booked with breakfast. The breakfast was just an egg with vegetables, so it wasn't worth booking the breakfast because I had breakfast somewhere else the other days. Room didn't look like pictures at all. The staff was really nice. I have to agree that the room service was A1. very well tidy and clean. was very satisfied with cleanliness. All the people who work there are nice and helpful. But for the room I wouldn't give the hotel 3 stars, maximum 2. I try to be as fair as possible in my assessment.
