The sea view room has a great view. You can see 2 famous mosques. The buffet breakfast on the roof of the hotel is great. It is a la carte. There are views on three sides. I don’t need to go to the observation deck. The roof of the hotel is enough.

Hotel is at the heart of Sultanahmet. Just 3 minutes walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia & Basilica Cistern. Tram is so accessible to many tourist attractions.
The hotel staff speaks english well. Easy to communicate. Authentic Turkish breakfast. The view from the restaurant is Amazing…… both day and night. Free drinks at fridge bar.

The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the bazaar.
The biggest problem was that the Wi-Fi hardly worked in the room I stayed in.
Even when I requested it through the app, there was no reply and no improvement at all.
There were no problems with the Wi-Fi on the first floor where the reception is located, but it was almost unusable when I returned to my room.
All the staff were kind, but there was one man wearing glasses at the front desk who was surly and unhelpful when I made inquiries, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

The restaurant at Blue Arcadia is great, with a panoramic view of Istanbul on the 9th floor. The breakfast is very good, with someone serving orders.
The facilities in the hotel room are average and a little old. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and we couldn't see the Blue Mosque, but only a roof.
Another thing to complain about is that on the day we arrived, a gray-haired uncle at the hotel came to the front desk to receive us. When we checked in on the day of arrival, he made us wait for a long time and chatted with two European old ladies.
In the next few days, we never said hello when we came in and out. Obviously, there are some ideas and discrimination against Asians.
Compared with him, the hotel receptionist who took the box and the young man at the front desk would greet us. Very friendly.
