酒店地理位置非常好，就在海峽邊上，升級到了海景套房，面積還可以，景色也很好，但是浴室不夠大，沒有浴缸。
酒店尤其禮賓部服務很好，知道我們被航空公司弄丟了行李，給了我們一個生活用品包，有一套睡衣，以及一套內衣褲和洗漱包，相當的貼心了。
早餐還可以，比較豐盛，但不是太合我們的口味，稍有遺憾，在旁邊的塞拉宮裡麪吃了一頓晚餐，服務很好。

酒店非常美麗，與徹拉安宮為一體建築，站在房間的陽台上博斯普魯斯海峽的美景盡收眼底。早餐廳、孔雀餐廳、土爾其餐廳菜品豐富可口，尤其在早餐廳和孔雀餐廳，你可以體會到最上乘的服務，餐廳的每一位經理都親力親為，讓人非常享受。前台、禮賓、客房服務無可挑剔且人員配置齊全，每個需求都會在第一時間得到迴應及滿足，第一次在大酒店感受到小型奢華酒店的那種細緻有温度的服務。雖然在伊斯坦堡通行方面讓人有些不悦，但伊斯坦堡凱賓斯基酒店讓我們印象深刻，增添了此次旅行的樂趣！

但是兩萬多一晚上，性價比真不行，我定的蘇丹套房，以為是海景，結果衹是側面看海，這還能叫海景房嗎？
如果是正面看，還得加三萬。
兩萬多住一晚上，還不如國內的寶格麗，才不到一萬。
這個酒店對國內的攜程和去哪兒好像也不太待見，溝通個事情特別費勁

美好的體驗，非常開心。早餐很豐盛，嘗試了土耳其早餐經典與世界美食。酒店的環境優美。晚餐在Çirağan Palace 品嚐了土耳其經典美食與飲料，很開心，在海邊完成了一副寫生油畫：《海峽》。
