店面面積很大，環境真挺好，價格也真不貴！沖鴨！

Çok merkezi bir konum Güleryüzlü personeli ile sıcak bir ortam..sabahları kahvaltısı bile iyi bir not için yeterli..konumu merkezi marmaray ve metroya 3-4 dakika yürüme mesafesinde..otelin ortaklarından Önder bey şahsi olarak ilgileniyor herkesle çok başarılı

We arrived at night and the receptionist (who spoke very poor English) didn't seem to understand our reservation (made online on the Logitravel website). With difficulty, they gave us "a room" whose attached photos justify the quotation marks... The next morning, they let us change rooms to another... equally bad! I don't know who or how they awarded the stars to this "hotel" but it is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel (as the photos prove!). The breakfast was as basic as you would expect, and the same every day. The staff don't wear uniforms and, with the exception of the receptionist Mr. Fatih, they are all very unfriendly. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is very dodgy and does not match the photos advertised by the hotel. The air conditioning was noisy but it was impossible to be in the room without it due to the heat, so we always slept with the noise! ​​Terrible soundproofing (you could hear everything that came from the hallways). The TV didn't work. Stairs leading to reception without handrails. Bedroom window covered with a board!!!! Terrible curtains, without any sign of hygiene and letting in the light from outside! Elevator claustrophobic and only fits 1 person at a time. Terrible experience! The proximity to the historic center does not justify staying in a "hotel" in this neighborhood. Choose a hotel in the new/more modern part of Istanbul and you will have easy access to the historic center via the various forms of transport available.
