We visited this hotel a few days ago.. I can say that I was really caught up with the following comments and wondered why they wrote these or we are the ones who are irrational. We had a traumatic experience. We were on the 6th floor, the phone in the room did not work, the heating did not work for 2 hours while we had a baby with us. The highlight was that there were cats in the hotel and specifically in the restaurant where we ate our breakfast as well as on our floor, our room was not clean and you really hated covering yourself with the blanket, you clearly pay for parking. When we were leaving I understood why all these good comments. As we were leaving they were so helpful, they spoke with such sweetness and joy, to open the door for you, everything, the absolute care, but they wanted to urge you and in front of them, in essence, to pressure you to leave a positive comment on booking. Unfortunately never again.
