Great room and great experience, also they have the shuttle bus to the airport for free! The breakfast is so worthing.

Good experience! Nice hotel to stay

The hotel overall is good however they showed a bit slow response whenevr we asked for anything.

The hotel room has terrible sound insulation. Every night from 12pm to 3am we could hear noises like pounding or kicking from the room above. Services are also perfunctory. We reported to the reception twice about the notices and they never gave us feedbacks. A 4 star hotel that is mistakenly marked as 5 star. ( if you search on google map)

Facilities: OK. Hygiene: OK. Environment: Located on the edge of the university town, facing the strait, far away from the business district, quiet and beautiful. The view outside the window is wide and beautiful. Service: Very good. The restaurant of this hotel is located on the top floor, with a great view. Breakfast is OK. If you are traveling independently, not afraid of the trouble of taking a car, have a high level of English and strong ability to use transportation. I personally think it is a good choice. Away from the noisy crowds in the old city, stroll in the viewing area during the day, and stay here quietly at night.

It is suitable for drinking tea in the evening and having brunch in the morning.

Distinctive and its location is excellent. The only drawbacks are the reception staff and the manager.
