Even though I made a reservation 10 days in advance on your site (credit card payment), when I came to stay at the hotel, I learned that my room had been sold to someone else. Making a reservation online sucks. They said there was no room and they were full. service disappointing

I have never seen such a disgusting hotel in my life. We paid for a room for 3 people, there were 2 beds and a sofa that only a child could fit into. We already waited for 1 and a half hours, the card was not working in the corridor to enter the room, the reception was in a bar at the last sound (something that has never been seen before), the room was small and very dirty, not practical at all. We stayed for a week and the room was cleaned only once, as per our request, we had to go and ask for towels and toilet paper ourselves. There was dog poop in the hallways every morning. I didn't understand what the person at the reception was doing there, anyway, the elevator was not working at all the night we went, we asked them to unload our luggage, he asked us for money to do his job, of course, we argued again. Then we told him to call a taxi to go to the airport (300 TL). I repeat, I have never seen such a disgusting hotel and staff in my life.

Barkod Hotel in the heart of Besiktas. For travelers who still feel young, the hotel is in a very good location in Istanbul. It is in the middle of the Besiktas district with mostly young people around. For people who don't mind a bit of noise in the evenings, it is a nice hotel for a small budget. There is a bar and a hotel, the hotel is above the bar. It can be a bit loud until 00:30, then it gets quieter.
