The hotel was under renovation and most of the features I gave negative points for are for this reason. I tried not to stay at the hotel during the day. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

It was the worst hotel I've ever been in. So unhygienic and old. As if that wasn't enough: every day there was noise because they were renovating. Absolutely terrible.

The boss is very nice. Due to negligence, they got the wrong room. I booked a basic room and gave it to a deluxe room. They bravely took on the mistake and gave me a good result. I upgraded the room. Thank you very much to them.
