It was very clean for the price. Although there were few amenities, it was comfortable with heating. The stairs were steep, but the guide carried my luggage for me. When I checked out, I had to carry it myself, so the stairs were narrow and quite difficult when I went to the upper floors. There were many tourist attractions within walking distance, so I was satisfied, but the surrounding area was full of slopes, so I think it would be better to avoid it if you have heavy luggage. Also, if you are staying for more than two nights, it is better to tell them in advance that you do not need cleaning. When I was there, the cleaning person came in with a spare key without me knowing, which made it awkward, so I recommend that you don't need it in advance, or at least make sure you lock your luggage before you leave.

the guy at the reception is a gem , he is a very nice person, helpful and very professional. The room was big enough, very clean and have a view on the bosphore. very close to the tram station Cemberlitas. i will be back for my next trip to Istambul.
