The location is great, the hostel is average, the rooms and showers are not fully equipped and are already showing signs of wear. The room has 3 beds in 2 levels, a low dressing table with a chair and metal cabinets without locks. The staircase to the upper floors is spiral, not suitable for people with limited mobility. The room windows overlook the road, with the window closed it is very noisy until 3 am, but without ventilation it is stuffy, so earplugs are necessary. 2 showers, 2 toilets and a washroom on the 3rd floor: in some places there is no light near the mirrors, in others the shower heads leak, there are no soap dispensers in the showers. Access to the rooms is by bracelets, opening the doors creates a lot of noise. On the first floor there is a cafe area, beautiful and authentic, upon check-in they treat you to a welcome drink, the guys on shift were friendly and polite. The check for an Americano and cheesecake comes to 400 TL. Now a private minus: at night there was a conflict between the guests because of the light, as a result at 2:30 in the morning the neighbor was arguing with the employee in Turkish and woke up the whole room, the whole showdown lasted about 10 minutes. The girl who complained about the light being on was moved, and we were left with another one, who continued to make noise in indignation all night. Earplugs did not help and we had to say goodbye to normal sleep. There was no apology for the situation. The hostel also offers various events for guests, on the day of my departure there was supposed to be a free breakfast. But, apparently, due to the early departure at 6:40 in the morning, no breakfast was offered to me.
