We stayed in Meroddi la porta 7 nights. Everything was perfect hotel is near Galata, reception was helpful, stuff on breakfast is very nice. I’ve got the cake for my birthday that moved me a lot … until the last day(yesterday). We are not complaining people and we don’t mind little things that have to be improved we didn’t react when cleaning stuff smoke on our terrace (we found a smoked cigarette different from ours in ashtray) and i gave them 10 on Booking that morning before we left the room(deleted later). We were packing our luggage to go home and put our things from deposit box to backpack and left our things in the room and go to breakfast. Someone stolen around 500e (left in wallet like 50e from the bunch of money) from our room and we didn’t see that money missing right away. Only that 30minutes when we were at breakfast we didn’t see our things. He/she was just in time to go to room and find money in backpack. But how he/she know how long we will be gone and where to look??? Because breakfast is one floor up from us( like few seconds away) I don’t know how many people had a key to the room. We have never been robbed. Never had such bad experience. Such a nightmare!!!! Few days earlier, when we walked around the city, someone smoked cigarettes in our terrace( they were different kind from those we had). We tough that it was cleaning lady and we didn’t want to complain. It is not normal thing.

An excellent hotel to stay 5 steps away from Galata tower, very clean and with great breakfast. Despite being next to the centre, the area is very quiet. The staff is really friendly and supportive, ready to help fulfill all your needs. Would definitely recommend

4 Günlük Otel Konaklaması
Resepsiyonda 'Murat Bey' karşıladı. Güler yüzlü ve sıcak bir karşılama yaptı. Murat Bey'e hangi sıkıntı ile gitsek bize yardımcı oldu. Öncelikle Murat Bey'e teşekkür ederim.
Odamızın, günlük temizliği yapıldı. Genel itibari ile temizdi. Tek sıkıntı klima motor sesi biraz yüksekti.
Kahvaltı konusunda açık büfe kahvaltı seçenekleri iyiydi.
Otelin konumu Galata Kulesi'ne mesefasi çok yakın, Eminönü ve İstiklal Caddesine yakındı.
Meroddi bünyesinde olan diğer otelde 'Barnathan Otel' akşam yemeği yiyebilirsiniz. Manzarası şahane. La Porta otelden gittiğiniz zaman ilk alkolsüz içecekler ücretsiz ve yemekte %10 indirimden faydalanabilirsiniz.
Burada tek bir sıkıntı yaşadık. İlk gün otel müşterisi olduğumuzu söylemeyi unuttuk. Yemek ücretlerimizi ödedik. İkinci gün tekrardan gittiğimizde otel müşterisi dediğimizde bizdeb ayrıca servis ücreti alındı. Bu duruma şaşırdık. Ve Ön Büro Müdürü 'Şenol Bey' ilettik. Durumla ilgilendi. Kendisine de teşekkür ederiz.

la porta’da kaldım istanbulda, çok keyif aldım. konum harika, tam merkezde her yere yakın. otelin atmosferi sıcak ve şık, kendimi çok rahat hissettim. odam tertemizdi ve manzarası güzeldi. kahvaltı da çok başarılıydı, her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. personel ilgiliydi, neye ihtiyacım varsa hemen yardımcı oldular. kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isterim.

Estás en toda la zona de Gálata, muy acogedor, no sé puede pedir más para la zona que está y el precio que tienen en el que incluyen el desayuno, que por cierto estuvo excelente, tipo buffet ☺️

We got a small room underground with our window facing a wall. The sheets were clean but pillows smelled bad and the window could not be completely closed. The staff though, was very kind and helpful.

Otelin çatı katındaki odada kaldık.oda biraz küçük ama balkonu olması çok güzeldi. Bizim kaldığımız odanın balkonundan galata kulesi kısmen gözüküyordu.yan odanin balkonu baya net görüyor. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi kapalı balkonlu muhtesem deniz manzarası bizi cok memnun etti. Bu arada otelin konumu çok iyi. Galata kulesinin arka sokağında kaldık resmen. Kapimiza bırakılan çerez ve not icin cok ince bi davranışti
