The hotel is in a great location for the bus and train stations. However, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired as we had the same bed linen for days and bugs were found in the toilet.

Never been to Istanbul before but wanted around this area as a base. Room was very good, no complaints with the staff either, they were very helpful in suggestions of places to see and how to get there. Breakfast, not the standard continental breakfast I’d have but it was sufficient enough to set you up for the day.
I’d definitely book here again if I went back to Istanbul.

Bien accueilli a la réception par murat accueillants, serviable, sourient, très sympathique et arrangeant qui ma attribué une confortable chambre, l'hotel dans l'ensemble est bien a proximité de tout commerces 24h/24h et transports communs tram, métro, bus a 2mn de marche l'hotel est très bien situé en plein quartier populaire de aksaray très animé

Disappointing.
Watch out: unlike most hotels and despite what they let you understand on their website, pool access is not included in the room booking. Bedroom is big and confortable. Breakfast just average. Wifi is patchy. Overall, would not stay again.

Very very unhappy
Hi I am very unhappy about my stay as the first thing is we didn’t get what we booked.my wife’s wedding ring has been stolen from the room. We were not allowed to use the swimming pool as if we did we had to pay $18 each time we use it and per person. The AC , safe box, the lights nothing was working.We asked them for a refund and we were refused one.all in all we are very disappointed.
