Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Lors de mon séjour prévu du 29/10/2024 au 02/11/2024, les conditions d’hygiène et de sécurité étaient absolument inacceptables, à tel point que je n’ai même pas pu passer la nuit sur place. • Présence de moisissures dans la chambre, • Matelas sales avec des taches et des cheveux, • Absence de finitions (plinthes manquantes, fils électriques visibles), • État général négligé, incompatible avec les photos du site. En consultant les avis sur Google et Tripadvisor après mon arrivée, j’ai découvert plusieurs signalements de punaises de lit, ce qui soulève de graves inquiétudes sanitaires. Face à cette situation, j’ai dû chercher un autre logement en urgence pour ma famille. La réponse de la direction et du service client de la plateforme Booking a été décevante, avec une compensation de 85€ au lieu de 495,35dérisoire face au préjudice évident. Cet hôtel est à éviter absolument

It is unacceptable to offer such unsanitary rooms to customers and at such a high price! All rooms need to be disinfected and renovated. My family and I wanted to spend a good vacation in Istanbul for a week, but without counting on the bedbug bites...a horror! I couldn't stop scratching! Just to share our experience - we were more families, with kids (some pretty small). We reserved on booking with free cancellation, but the money were withdraw well in advance to our trip. Not the initial conditions, but we were decided to go. The day of our reservation, we called and the reception told us there were no rooms for us available. They seemed to have a technical problem with the water.... After long talks on the phone they redirected us to another hotel, more distant to the main street and with other room configuration. E.g we paid for a 4 persons room and we got 3 persons rooms + a place in a different room. So, our suggestion is to pay attention, both to money taken in advance and to where you will end up sleeping.

Hotel is very unhygenic and not meeting the standards. Elevator is out of date and rooms are not the same as shown on the pictures. Also probably runned by some Arabs who can't speak Turkish and difficult English. We didn't stay a single day due to unhygenic reasons and didn't get our money back. DO NOT TERRORIZE your vacation with this hotel
