Les matelas ne sont pas bien de tt et la restauration est nulle.. Le petit-déjeuner pas bien de tt.... Pour l'emplacement n'est trop bien placé car il on doit monter ou descendre pour le tramway ... Il mérite pas 4 étoilés

Ha elles sont belles les photos de présentation !!! Séjour horrible dans cet hôtel vétuste d'un autre temps et qui part en lambeau. Vue sur l'escalier de secours. personnels de la réception très désagréables et ne parlant aucune autre langue que le turque. je déconseille cet établissement surtout que dans la même rue et pas loin il y a des hôtels tous les deux mètres.

Hôtel catastrophe les draps ne changent pa 0000.nettoyage de chambre en parlent pas00 0.le petit dej non varié 00 mais il situe près de tram et le métro et grand baza. Mosquée.la zone touristique en général.n mérite pa 4 étoile vraiment déçu

Hôtel ne mérite pas 4*,certes il est bien situé sur la rue laley ,accès facile au tram,metro,je.n'ai pas apprécié le service petit déjeuner qui n'a pas beaucoup de variétés (pas riche)alors la les serveurs catastrophique!!! La machine à café souvent hors service, chaque jour un manque....,ainsi le service chambre médiocre (pas de changement des draps)...

Bad service, they didn’t clean the room good, and same breakfast every day. The staff is not friendly We asked many time to clean the room good and replace the glasses and we didn’t get good answer from reception
