Unfortunately a disappointment regarding the hygiene of the room. Shower drain that has been open for 3 days to kettle that looks disgusting on the inside. I went into ignore mode instead of complaining because a holiday needs a positive mindset. Tip to hotel: guests do not want to be bothered with complaining about shortcomings, but expect that a hotel has already achieved this by letting a guest experience all the comfort and hygiene. Especially a 5 star hotel, because you don't just get those.

The hotel is clean and the location is great. However, the amenities are limited, the airport shuttle was not available until the last minute, and the breakfast was quite expensive for the quality.
