The hotel only has a breakfast restaurant but tons of dining options within 5 minute walk.
However, pack your own iron.
They only have a few irons for the whole hotel. If someone else has them, you are SOL! I was not able to get one for 2 days. Any, one of the morning staff simply not friendly at all ☹️

We checked in at 10pm and got a free upgrade to 500sf junior suites, very roomy. the hotel location is convenient as expected. bed sheets are clean. We should give it 5 star, right? BUT the hotel is outdated, toilet cannot stop leaking, window cannot close completely, there is no shampoo and bottle water in room (they gave the supply after called them). Street noise is after midnight, breakfast is soso.

The hotel room we had booked was "upgraded to a better room", likely because the sea view ones were booked. This was fine, however the breakfast is less optimal than expected most items were hard to combine as someone coming from west Europe, this is preference and also fine. The big problem arised when the room we wete in flooded due to poor bath insulation. We filled the bath with a regular amount and one person got in and it all came out from underneath wetting the bathroom and the wooden floors and our clothes. From the looks of the floor it was not the first time either, this should never happen. A small detail a lot of the outlets did not work. Lastly all the spa and sauna facilities were out of commision which was only mentioned after asking and was a shame.

We had 3 rooms and stayed 4 nights Staff and front desk were great. Very helpful and professional. Hotel itself was very and needs some upgrade. It was clean but Bathtub doesnt drain properly and working well. 2 of our rooms had problem but hotel was full we couldnt change the room. Hair dryer was broken. smelled cigaret in our room the whole time.day and night.
Very good break fast. Lots of restaurant around Lots of shops and taxi around.
Thank you again to hotel staff. You are the best.

very nice hotel its two minute walk to taksim square but don't expect a cup of tea, because every hotel in istanbul offer you cup of tea all day around the clock, but in central palace you have to paid for it, not only that the breakfast its very very poor, other than that the hotel are in excellent location and the room are beautiful. close your eye and go for it. Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με μεγάλα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρό, υπέροχο πρωινό στο καλύτερο σημείο της ταξίμ το προσωπικό άριστο στη ρεσεψιόν ο κερέμ και ο οσμάν εξυπηρετικότατοι πάντα με το χαμόγελο έχουμε μείνει και άλλες φορές πάντα θα επιστρέφουμε το αξίζουν 100 %.
