There is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day in the early morning. We need to go out early and need to heat food. However, there is a problem with the microwave. We go to the front desk for help. The brother locks the hotel door first and then goes to the guest room together and replaces the microwave in time without delaying the trip. The hotel has a strong sense of safety and a very safe door lock. I also had a problem and it was solved very quickly. The solution process was very comfortable and reassuring. I was well taken care of. Turkish people are really nice.
