English: This hotel was truly perfect. From the entrance and great welcome to the reception, fast and friendly staff, to the corridors and room. The room was very large, I would say more than double the average in Istanbul and definitely much more expensive than the price paid. Very comfortable bed, with a quality mattress, double pillows and the possibility of choosing others, comfortable kitchenette with fridge and sink, dining table, living area with sofa, armchair, desk and chair for working, double French window that let in a lot of light. Wardrobe with everything you could need, large and small mirrors everywhere, spacious, comfortable bathroom, equipped with everything you need. Very good sound insulation, you couldn't hear anything from the nearby main road. It felt more like a 5-star hotel. Impeccable cleaning every day, the room was full of disposable products that were replaced every day. Varied breakfast, both sweet and savory, with the possibility of ordering what you want separately for free. Small SPA with sauna, Turkish bath and gym on the top floor. Last point, the location: it is about 5 minutes from the M2 Osmanbei, convenient for quickly reaching any point of the city. If you like walking, like me, you can easily reach Taksim and then Eminonu by foot, or the other way through Besiktas and Maska park to Galataport. I am sure that when I return to Istanbul I will not look for any other hotel, this was really perfect. Thank you!

The room is spacious and the staff is friendly. Breakfast can be ordered separately and can be extended to 11:00 on weekends. The location is pretty good, close to the subway station and bus station, and close to Taxim Square. The shortcomings are also obvious. My room is a basic room, facing the office opposite. You can't open the window during the day...the bathroom has no door...the room is a bit dim...the bath towels are a bit shabby...the overall price/performance ratio is average. There are quite a few hotels around, unless the price is cheaper. , probably won’t book again

For a boutique hotel, the service and room amenities were exceptionally excellent. Typically, boutique hotels in Istanbul suffer from various kinds of shortcomings, lack of service, and the difference between the stated amenities and the real ones. Renata makes a great impression: a huge room, quiet around, a comfortable bed, an excellent bath and toilet. Delicious breakfast with helpful staff. The receptionist is ready to help with everything. Metro and busy street with shops, metro and exchange offices are three minutes away. Small, cozy, you feel at home in it. Just great. In comparison with other hotels with a similar average (very high!) level of ratings, the hotel is better either in price or in room size. Most often in both respects. I recommend!

I was so satisfied. The location was good as it was near downtown Osman Bay, and they cleaned very thoroughly once a day. All the staff were friendly and nice.

The front desk was dishonest. I arrived at the hotel at 10am after an early flight. The front desk said the room was not ready. I said ok, I would use the lobby's wifi to finish my work and store my luggage. I stayed in the lobby for half an hour and the front desk said the room was ready. I got the room card and went to the room. I always felt that it was smaller than expected. I was just a little dazed when I arrived and didn't look at it carefully. I went to work and went out to eat. Later, I checked their website when I had some time and found that it was obviously wrong. I booked a 52-square-meter premium suite, but the room I was given should be a smaller 40-square-meter business suite (room 103). I also saw someone on tripadvisor saying that the room they were given was not what they booked. It seems that they are a repeat offender. Osmanbey itself is in a good location, with convenient buses and subways. It is close to Nisantasi and is an upscale area, but the price-performance ratio is not worth it. It costs 1k2 for the New Year's Eve, and the breakfast included can only be considered full at most. It is not as good as the breakfast of the 35-euro small hotel I stayed in the old city before. A few days before departure, I emailed to ask if there was a guest washing machine, but there was no reply. It is hard to understand how good reviews come from this service.

It's not the first time I've been to this hotel and it won't be the last because I'm completely happy with my choice. The location is great, just a 2-minute walk from the Osmanbey metro station and you can reach the most beautiful corners of Istanbul within a short time. The hotel service is top, many thanks to Abdullah for all his efforts to make us happy during our stay. He always had a smile on his face and he always helped us with any questions. Thanks also to Sanem, we had nothing left to wish for at breakfast, she was very welcoming. The rooms are sparkling clean, they were cleaned every day. I will come back. See you next time :-)

The second stop of this trip was Turkey. I moved here after staying near the Blue Mosque for two nights. Although it is not in the city center, the transportation is convenient. The hotel is not near the main street, so it is very quiet. Great service, warm and friendly! The room is spacious and clean!

Apart from the poor breakfast, there is nothing else to say.

I have been coming to Istanbil from three years ago almost every two months. I stayed more than 15hotels in Istanbul, Honestly speaking Reneta was the best experience I have ever had. Spotless rooms, spacious, friendly staff, very well decorated breakfast hall, generally I can say this hotel is fault free

Perfect stay. Perfect hotel. Clean neat with great location and amazing helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good and room cleanliness level was extraordinary. Very generous hotel they restock complementary items (like toiletries, water… etc) even if the existing stock were not used, they just the new stock next to yesterday’s stock I finally found the hotel that i will go to every time i go to istanboul as i travel to Istanbul often

Amazing hotel. Room quite spacious and breakfast was delicious. Location is also very convenient with a lot of restaurants and shops. Great hotel staff. Our second time staying here and we would come back again. It is located in the heart of Osmanbey.

The hotel was great. Super super clean the room is very spacious, new furniture well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and nice to all of us. Especially Mr Abdullah at the reception he was extremely decent and helpful I can’t thank him enough. Sure will go back again inshallah.

The location is great ,close to public transportation and all the Jewels of Istanbul. Rooms are large and very spacious. Beds are clean fluffy and very comfortable. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant area almost everyday. Excellent breakfast.

Sweetest Staff & Hotel! January 2024 is our 3rd visit to Istanbul & Renata is by far the most comfortable & the best value! Our stay was 7 days. Our room (#203) had more space than other hotels we've stayed at like Lasagrada & Dosso Dossi. That mattered because I needed to work remotely so I did not have to sit on the bed. They even gave me a wire to improve my remote connection quality. Room was comfortably warm at this cold time of year & includes closet space (nice when living out of suitcases), an iron + board & a small refrigerator. Best hotel bedsheets for this tired traveler & upon request the staff gave me 2 more blankets. Two complimentary large bottles of water provided each day so we did not have to haul water each day. Your stay includes breakfast with delicious options in a sweet just right sized dining room. Another amazing thing is the French door has options, see pics. You can open the right side to peek outside AND it can TILT open to have fresh air at night, that's a biggie for this midwestern girl. Nice view of street too! Sorry I did not take other pics to show the whole room, closets, seating, bath etc. Renata is walking distance to the main street for restaurants (buffets are our favorite & also best value), shops including small produce/grocery stores to buy fresh fruit etc as well as & the all-important Metro underground train for getting to further districts! There's also a private sauna that you can reserve. We would go back to Renata next visit!
