My second time with Ferman Hotel. Love the location, friendly and helpful hotel staff, the stunning view on the rooftop, as well as the breakfast spread.. Will definitely come again in future.

Booked a city view family room three months in advance and emailed the hotel to ask for a higher floor. Checked in at 3pm that day, only assigned to the first floor, no view, and refused to change. Terrible, not recommended.

Don't go to the Turkish bath recommended by the front desk (it's not the biggest one, it's a small one they cooperate with). The management is messy and there is a mixed bath for men and women. There will be men breaking into the women's bathroom. It's scary.

The best location among the Ferman hotels. You can see the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia from the rooftop. The sea view suite is not to be missed. The hotel service is also very good.
