Karşılama vasattı. Gösterilen odalar temizlenmemişti ve 3. Odada sonunda temiz bi odaya yerleşebildik. Geldiğimizden habersizlerdi. Su soğuk oda buz gibiydi. Resepsiyon diye birşey yoktu. 3 gece kalmamıza rağmen bir kere bile oda temizliği olmadı. Sabah 5 gibi havalimanına gitmek için çıkıl yaparken resepsiyonda kimse yoktu. Bu çevrede çok daha iyi oteller bulabileceğinize eminim.

We stayed at the hotel in October 2021 (26.10.-01.11.21). Great location. Galata Tower is a 2-minute walk away, a wonderful street, many wonderful cafes. We would like to thank Gultekin SERINHAVA for his sincere and sensitive attitude, it was pouring rain on the day of our departure from the hotel, it was impossible to call a taxi, and so that we would not be late to the airport, Gultekin in his car for free! he took us to the bus to the airport. Thank you very much!
