The hotel is good, the staff is friendly, the owner is attentive and responsive, he helped with all questions. I didn't really like the location, it's about a 20 minute walk to the main street with shops and restaurants.

The location is great for Istanbul, but the cleanliness is very mediocre. Might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The sheets and duvet cover smelled of cigarettes, the room was not cleaned, the kettle in the locked cabinet, which we assumed was a water heater, woke us up at 5 in the morning with an alarm sound. When we asked the reception, we were greeted with a question such as "Did you put perfume in the room?" They also said that he might be sensitive to the smell due to other rooms. The next morning there was no hot water. We had to take a shower with cold water. It was such a bad experience that we couldn't stand it on the last day and left the hotel early even though we paid the fee. Not suitable for family accommodation.

One room with AC and the other is not and added to that The AC was not working , when complained they said i have to stay in the hot room till next day morning then I discovered they are double the same for all , when I requested a refund as my room is not ready they refused and the worst part ******* also not helping instead sharing with them the fraud
Sadly i had to leave as i have family with kids to another hotel without any compensation

Konumu iyi,personel güleryüzlü,yardımsever. Temizlik güzel,mutfak olanakları yeterli. Bir günlük konaklama yaptık,Harbiye Orduevine düğüne gittik. Tekrar o cıvarda bir etkinlikten dolayı konaklama gereksinimiz olsa kalmayı düşünürüm.
