Overall we are happy and satisfied with 2nights stay at this hotel. Owner was very helpful to guide us where to visit during our check in. I will recommended this hotel to those who are looking for good and budget hotel.

Very friendly and helpful hotel owner . We stayed for 7 days and hotel owner worked as a free guide for us . He is always accessible.
Hotel is located at the centre of Istanbul, restaurants, beach , blue mosques everything is within 5 minutes walking distance.
Highly recommended if anyone wants to stay in central Istanbul with reasonable price .

The worst hotel of my traveling life, bad facilities, poor service and poor hygiene, we changed rooms three times and each one got worse, and when we asked for explanations they told us that they were sorry, what was wrong, in short, a disaster that spoiled the trip.

+The welcome and sympathy of the employees +Excellent location -Poor general condition of the room (decrepit walls, rust everywhere, rot everywhere, broken toilet bowl, flush does not work, broken shower door and interior of the shower completely rotten, broken towel rails, broken PQ door, birds in the ventilation hood, no curtain covering the light which goes up at 4:30, no insulation, hair on the sheets, old smell of saliva on the cushions, ants in the room.) Absolutely everything needs to be redone. We intended to complain to the reception when we arrived, but reading some comments from tourists who had been kicked out of the establishment following complaints similar to ours, we preferred to grit our teeth for 3 nights. 3 nights too many in this establishment which is not up to date with hygiene standards. Don't trust the photographs. No signs in the streets for the hotel, we turned around for 20 minutes before finding the street, at the back of another hotel which was well signposted.
