Very friendly staff and a great location as there is a subway and bus station right opposite which takes you to all the sights

Facilities: The work area is good, the rooms are average, and sea view rooms are recommended. Hygiene: The bathroom is simple, toiletries and bath towels are rudimentary. Environment: The environmental facilities in the work area are good, the restaurant is also very good, and the scenery is good Service: The front desk service is good

Convenient, great

Came to Turkey for surgery and not a chosen hotel by myself, this was included in the price I paid for surgery. However the hotel is lovely, very clean, the breakfast in the morning isn’t for me but the food you can order is brilliant, tried various dishes on the menu and has been great. The service bringing the food out on a few occasions has been a bit slower than I’d like after having surgery I haven’t wanted to sit around for long but the staff did apologise for the delay as a big group was in. The hotel offers room service again which is great when you’re in pain. The cleaners have come daily and changed bedding, the hotel smells lovely throughout. One member of staff deserves a mention Fatimaalzhra has been amazing and very helpful during our stay!

Our experience was amazing, the staff were welcoming and very lovely, special thanks to Fatimah for her help and support. The hotel is very modern and has all the items the travelers may need. The hotel location is awesome and neat, and has a garden nearby.

It was a nice experience for me. Receptionists Nazli and Alp was so helpful and friendly. My regards to them. Bellboy captain Can was so fun. He was a gentleman. The food i had in the restaurant was so delicious. I will definitely come here again.

Modern hotel in a good location right across from metro and bus stops. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet is good. I would stay here again …………..:……….,.,,,,,,,,,….,,,,,,,,,,,,,;;;;…………………………..
