A small, relatively inexpensive, comfortable, fairly new hotel (although some things already require minor repairs - for example, my hook in the bathroom was hanging quite noticeably). The standard room is not very large, but has everything you need, including a normally working air conditioner. The bathroom is a little poorly thought out - the shower door rests against the shower head, and the door of the bathroom itself interferes with access to the sink - but these are, in general, trifles.
Very friendly hosts, everyone speaks English to one degree or another, help to solve some minor issues. Downstairs, under the stairs, a mountain of bottles with free water, wi-fi is stable, but the speed is not very high.
The location is also excellent - only 5-7 minutes to the ferry pier, from where boats go to all parts of the city, including the islands - in my opinion, the best form of transport in Istanbul. At the same time, the hotel itself is located on a fairly quiet street without noisy bars and markets, which, however, are also just a stone's throw away. My windows faced the street, so sometimes I was bothered by some household noise, like swearing and passing trucks, but, for example, the muezzins were not heard at all.
