Ataşehir şerifali bölgesindeki ilk konaklamasını yaptığım ve son derece memnun kaldığım bir oteldi..0tel mimari açıdan son derece güzel dizayn edilmiş, odaları 1+1 konseptinde ve son derece geniş. Yani bu seviyede başka otellerde daracık odalara dünya para vermeye bence hiç gerek yok. En dikkatimi çeken durum personelin son derece güleryüzlü ve yardımsever olması, odama çıkana kadar görevli personel otel hakkında çok açıklayıcı bilgiler paylaştı.ismi kerem di galiba kendisine yardımlarından dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.Bundan sonraki konaklamöalarımda daracık odalara çuvalla para ödemek yerine the kailyn otel ataşehir bölgesinde tercih edeceğim otellerinden biri olacaktır. Emeği gecen tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.

The hotel is quite new and staff is very nice. Rooms are large, location is great. There is a great restaurant who serves kebab and other traditional turkish tastes. There is also room service. We ll stay there at our next trip

Bu otel 1 yıldızı bile haketmiyor özellikle arap misafirlere yaptığı muamele kabul edilemez. kendini oranın yöneticisi olarak tanıtan kişinin 30 yıl boyunca bu işi yaptığını söylüyor. ama bu 30 yıllık iş geçmişi ona hiç bir şey katmamış. sırf havlular ıslandığı için müşteriden yüklü miktarda para talep ediyor. 5 gün boyunca misafirlerimin odasına temizlikçi girmedi. Müşteriden parayı alabilmek için polis çağırmakla tehdit etmiştir. Bu kadar fırsatçılık ve aç gözlülük yapan işletmeler bu ülkeye zarar veriyor ve kesinlikle işletme ruhsatları iptal edilmesi gerekiyor. NOT: Buraya gelip tatili zehir etmeyin çok pişman olursunuz

A new hotel located in Ataşehir. very newly opened. The staff were very friendly and responded to all our needs. Room cleaning was very good. There is an open buffet breakfast in the restaurant below, although the variety is less on some days, it deserves the money we give. transfer available, there is a mall and a market around
