Çok kotu bir yer, musteri ile konusmalari 0 derecede. Paramizi iade etmediler. Kalmadik, ama paramizi aldilar. Kotu kokular var, yataklar iyrenc. Israrla kalın, zaten paranizi vermicez dediler. Boyle berbad bir otel daha once hiç gormedim!!

Je suis encore jeune mais tout ce que je peux dire de cette hôtel c’est que c’est merveilleux j’écris ce commentaire le 2eme jours de nos vacances dans cette hôtel cela veut dire que j’y suis encore ! J’écris ce commentaire en étant sur mon lit très confortable ! Chambre très bien mais mon père a un peu eu du mal car il n’y a pas de coffre fort dans notre chambre…en était très jeune la chose la plus que j’ai aimé dans cette hôtel est bien évidemment la PISICNE ! Elle est incroyable elle rafraîchit tout en étant assez chaude elle est juste parfaite ! Je suis de la nationalité française et d’origine turque mais je nais pas pu encore rencontrer le patron de l’hôtel qui est apparemment français ou parle français je nais aussi pas encore manger à l’hôtel mais demain je ferais mon premier déjeuné à l’hôtel !! (J’ai hâte)

Felt like home, neat and friendly staff. Stayed there for 2 nights, the location is convenient close to malls, close to Besiktas if you look for nightlife and restaurants. Close to the metro, few good local breakfast spots. It is very much recommended.

Very central. Close to the green line that is one of the major lines. It’s like a home away from home. Managers are always available and go out their way to please guests. Nice picturesque breakfast spot. Our room had a pool view but there were lots of tree in front of our balcony that gave us lots of privacy. Lovely lobby to sit in while you wait.

The hotel the so clean, and all staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing in the hot weather, and they have additional sun loungers you just have to ask for them. The staff was happy to keep supplying us milk for our tea in our room. Was also happy we were able to get food delivered at such a cheap price. I would happily come back and stay again. Thank you :)

The poolside was truly relaxing and calm in a place like Istanbul. But the hotel was quite old and frankly not very comfortable. He was okay with breakfast. I think it is a suitable hotel for business stays and boutique hotel concepts.

We have reserved a family room since May. The reservation was confirmed several times by email, by telephone and by message. On the day of arrival we were informed that our reservation was canceled at the last minute… we found ourselves outside with 2 children in a country unknown to us!!! The person who had booked the room we were going to stay in apparently didn't want to leave!!!! Hotel that has no qualms about canceling a family's reservation at the last moment without bothering to warn them!!!! It is shameful!!!
