La première impression est bonne, mais on déchante très vite. L'établissement, en fait un ancien sanatorium, est situé le long du Lac Issyk Kul. Le parc à l'arrière est agréable et la zone récréative pour les enfants est un plus. Le bar-restaurant le long de la plage est le seul endroit pour boire confortablement une bière (voir ci-dessous). Par contre, l''hôtel est composé de très longs couloirs (comme dans tous les hôtel de l'époque soviétique) avec des chambres à n'en plus finir (je suis un peu excessif) Les chambres sont tristes et n'incitent pas à y rester plus que nécessaire : les finitions laissent à désirer, les tentures tiennent par habitude, le papier peint est "passé" ... Le comble ... le restaurant: une immense salle (normal vu le nombre de chambres) mais ne vous y attardez pas car on vous met littéralement dehors quand le temps qui vous est imparti est atteint ... il faut faire de la place pour les autres. Donc, c'est plutôt une cantine qu'un restaurant. Au bar de l'hôtel (dans le bâtiment principal) , vous avez des alcools forts mais pas de bière... un comble. Si vous souhaitez un bière, vous allez l'acheter dans le petit magasin de l'hôtel et vous la buvez à la bouteille, dehors ou dans votre chambre. La seule alternative confortable est le bar de la plage . Dans l'ensemble le personnel n'est pas particulièrement sympathique (sauf au bar de la plage) Bref, très déçu.

Отдыхали с 6-10 июля . 2 семьи 7 человек в двухэтажном коттедже , сам коттедж просторный , чистый, высокие потолки , большие балконы . Ремонт не современный, но все поддерживается в хорошем состоянии и было бы все хорошо, но есть нюансы, о которых хотелось бы предупредить будущих гостей : Кухня : нет печки , только микроволновка , по запросу принесли печку и сковородку . Нет средства для мытья посуды , одноразовой тряпки , нет соли , нет разделочный доски , глубокой посуды типа салатницы . В ванной нет Геля для душа , нет стаканчиков для зубных щеток . Зато были халаты ! Территория большая , зеленая , приятная . Есть небольшая детская площадка , теннисный стол . Для тех кто не любит ходить - ходить придется много - до пляжа идти минут 15 точно . Сам пляж чистый , широкий , красивый , на берегу есть пара кафе , на пляже есть центр водных развлечений , есть душ для ног, есть туалет , раздевалки . Лежаки за доп плату . Ночью постоянно пахнет канализацией с улицы , скорее всего ее чистят . Вокруг нет ничего . С одной стороны плюс , что и на пляже мало народу , с другой стороны минус , ехать до Чолпон-Ата. 500-600 сом в одну сторону . Что сделать чтобы улучшить отдых отдыхающих : Больше мелочей в самих номерах Трансфер до пляжа , пусть пару раз в день , но чтобы был выбор
