2-Star Hotels in Issy-les-Moulineaux

We have never stayed at Ibis before; this was our firsthand experience with a budget hotel. Keeping in mind that the focus is on saving customers’ money, not providing luxury stay, I would have to say that it was very good for the money. We paid about 70 euro per night, considering that it was Paris, the price was difficult to beat. The staff was very friendly, but since there was usually only one person working at the front desk, if there was a line, you had to wait a while. There was parking available underneath the hotel for 9 euro per night, which is also a good deal. The mattresses were on the hard side, but this aspect is always a matter of preference. The rooms and the bathroom area were clean. The towels were small, but well absorbent. I will just go over pros and cons in my opinion. Pros: Parking on Premises, 9 Euro per night; very fast, reliable Wi-Fi; Good water pressure in the shower, consistent temperature, shower is large given the room dimensions; toilet in a separate space, large enough to use for changing if privacy was needed; location is great – T2 line is 1 min walk, C line is also very close, but we could not use it because it was under construction, a number of very good restaurants are right next to the hotel; despite busy area, it was reasonably quiet with the windows closed, and we did not hear our neighbors, except for the doors shutting, that are heavy and loud when closed. Cons: no lift from the parking to the lobby, one would have to unload luggage at the door before parking the car; no AC in the room, keeping the window open lets in cool air and HUGE number of mosquitos, there were signs of battle on the walls and ceiling when we moved in, we had our own numerous encounters until we bought bug spray in the pharmacy and sprayed around the window during the day and at night, and kept the lights off when the window was open, lesser number of mosquitos, but still they found their way in; very small room, barely space to open the suitcases, no chairs or tables, bed was the only sitting option; lack of sufficient number of outlets… we have a lot of devices to charge between the three of us, and there were only two easily usable outlets in the room, we made it work.

I have been to this establishment 3 times. The first time we were all in all good and so we decided to go back a second time, but it didn't go as well as the first. But it can happen, the room was clean anyway and the location of the hotel is close to the fair we had to go to for work. We therefore rebook for the third time, after the French bed (too small for us) we ask for a double room with single beds. Once we arrive, we are sent to the sixth floor: the elevator stops at 5, so we take our suitcases and take the stairs. The room was practically in the attic, three single dormitory-type beds and very cold. Disoriented by this arrangement, we look around: no power outlets near the beds. The nearest socket powered a radiator with electricity, so the choice was either to heat the room or charge the phone. Not even a trace of sockets in the bathroom. I ask to change rooms and we are satisfied. Unfortunately the room was next to the elevator, so you could hear noise every time it was called (from any floor). Embarrassing cleaning, never cleaned the floor in 5 days and even something was emptied in the bathroom and everything was left dusty, including our things. Despite having reported everything, the floor was still not cleaned. While making the bed they also stepped on our slippers leaving shoe prints on them.

It’s my old place. It’s relatively close to the exhibition hall. It’s very cost-effective. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If you’re not used to eating in restaurants outside, you can buy food and cook something yourself. The room is fully equipped with kitchen utensils.

The hotel is in a remote location, and it is convenient to get to the hotel as soon as you leave the station at the end of Line 12. There is a flower shop and a kebab near the hotel. The hotel room is clean and tidy and the size is moderate. Paris hotel room is too expensive, you can consider here

The staff were so serviceminded. Location of hotel was great, alot of restaurants in the area and very close to the Metro. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Hotel room was modern style and comfort beds, We had a perfect sleep before exploring Paris.

A good location just a few minutes walk from the Metro with several decent restaurants nearby and a 35 minute bus ride from Roland Garros if you're in Paris for the French Open. My room was small but comfortable and a buffet breakfast was available each morning - great scrambled eggs. Some confusion over cost - I thought I was getting a discount as my friend couldn't make it due to Covid but I ended up paying the full price.

Comfortable bed, great shower and spacious room. No tea or coffee making facilities but didn't matter much to us anyway. Close to tram station and travel into city centre/eiffel tower takes about 25/30mins which in my opinion is great. Overall great value for money

Stayed for 2 nights during the Olympics. We booked already a year in advance and everything else was sold out already then so this was pretty much the only option in our price bracket (and it was about 3 times per the normal price for this hotel!) Quiet and residential location but the walk up the hill from the metro station is a struggle in the heatwave and if you have luggage. The breakfast had limited options. It was difficult to find out about allergens in the food items as they were not written down. The breakfast room was always messy as when people left, their dishes were not cleared even after a while as there seemed to be only one member of staff who wasn’t constantly monitoring the status of the breakfast room. The bed was comfortable and so was the shower. There is a general hair and body wash available. The TV was nice. The only rubbish bin in the room is the one in the bathroom and it’s tiny and fills up quickly so your rooms ends up having a lot of rubbish and waste that doesn’t fit in the bin, unless you take them downstairs to the reception area where there is a recycling bin. There is AC in the room but it isn’t as efficient and we felt hot every night. The tables in the room are very small and we couldn’t fit our basic items on the bedside tables each day; there is very less space to put your things down other than two shelves near the entry. The first night I noticed the pillow smelled very dirty, so it appeared to not have been washed in between guests - it smelled like someone had been sweating on it. We asked the pillows and covers to be changed the next day. There is no kettle or tea/coffee facility in the rooms either so to make a drink you have to go to the reception and ask for hot water. A weird coincidence happened when we were sitting in the restaurant area after the check out and waiting for our taxi, my partner simply looked at (visually, not touched anything) the breakfast shelf which has items that are used in the breakfast such as Nutella and jam. The manager or other member of staff ran to him and saying “sir you can’t take those they are for the breakfast! Don’t touch them!”. He was not even intending to, simply looked at the shelf while we were waiting for our taxi. He then went in to the kitchen and said something in French to another staff member and asked him to do an inventory of all the breakfast items in their storage cupboards in front of us. Did they think we had been sitting there stealing breakfast items while waiting for our taxi? Humiliating!

Night manager David was most helpful and welcoming when we arrived one late Monday evening. This newish business hotel is conveniently adjacent to the Boulevard Périphérique Paris (Paris Ring Road) making it highly accessible from the CDG airport in just thirty minutes. We were tired after the long flight so we were very grateful that he checked us in so promptly for our ten-night stay. With our platinum Bonvoy status David also upgraded us to the Junior Suite (#122) with a view of the pleasant inner courtyard garden. The spacious trapezoidal shaped room came with large sofa, writing desk, super king size bed, large closet and an integrated compact fridge, safe and beverage bar. The bathroom was also extremely specious. Everything smelt clean and looked spotless. Our requests for extra pillows, hangers and toiletries were always met promptly. Housekeeping did a very good job. Our reservation came with daily breakfast which is served on the ground floor. An amply above average spread - but more importantly the quality is very apparent in spite of the lack of a live station preparing eggs. All in all, CMPdV comes highly recommended. Their team managing the front desk are irreproachable.

Location: this hotel is located in a safe place, opposite metro station with short distance to iconic places in Paris. Room: rooms are clean, tidy, air-conditioned, quiet, the only problem we found for us that the bathroom is separated, via plastic curtains from the room. Otherwise, the rooms were OK comfortable. There are a shower and bathtub and a separated toilet. Breakfast: to our opinion the breakfast was the rather of three star hotel breakfast. Staff at hotel: staff, very friendly accommodating, on the first day after coming back from sightseeing , the room was a bit smelly so the hotel staff changed our room straight away and the second room Was alright. There is a car park there against Payment. You can park your car safely. Next to the reception are fridges where one can buy sandwiches and drinks. We recommend this hotel to people with small children and families.
