Stayed for 3 nights here and it is just a basic hotel. Rooms are basic and acceptable for the price. Lights are very dim but not sure if this is the same for the other rooms. Location is very convenient, just a 5 mins walk to metro line 12. Front desk will be there if u have queries and it felt like service there is non-existent. Good for a fuss free stay for the price but don't have high expectations.

Twice called the hotel with no response and no call back from them.
Charged for a garden room when a street-facing room was assigned. When I pointed this out, the morning receptionist told me: "Subject to availability." A misstep mentioned on the website, and the day before, the receptionist had at least six rooms available.
Deliberately charging two tourist taxes when I was alone and it was mentioned on my reservation. The receptionist felt like they were giving me a gift.
Request to implement my initial request was poorly received: the hotel representative said they didn't have this information.
I felt like I was being ripped off!
The hotel is a place of service, not abuse!

The front desk is very good! The environment is also very good! It exceeded expectations! It was just that the elevator was under repair when I went there, so it was a little inconvenient to go upstairs.
