Hotel Luxor

Not very clean

The room is very old. Why does the king-size bed room have to have two single beds put together? I don't understand. The location is OK, very close to the subway.

I have been to this establishment 3 times. The first time we were all in all good and so we decided to go back a second time, but it didn't go as well as the first. But it can happen, the room was clean anyway and the location of the hotel is close to the fair we had to go to for work. We therefore rebook for the third time, after the French bed (too small for us) we ask for a double room with single beds. Once we arrive, we are sent to the sixth floor: the elevator stops at 5, so we take our suitcases and take the stairs. The room was practically in the attic, three single dormitory-type beds and very cold. Disoriented by this arrangement, we look around: no power outlets near the beds. The nearest socket powered a radiator with electricity, so the choice was either to heat the room or charge the phone. Not even a trace of sockets in the bathroom. I ask to change rooms and we are satisfied. Unfortunately the room was next to the elevator, so you could hear noise every time it was called (from any floor). Embarrassing cleaning, never cleaned the floor in 5 days and even something was emptied in the bathroom and everything was left dusty, including our things. Despite having reported everything, the floor was still not cleaned. While making the bed they also stepped on our slippers leaving shoe prints on them.

Hotel located in a decentralized area, but convenient to services and the metro. Ideal for those who need a stopover, without stumbling upon the crazy prices of hotels in the center of Paris. Although it doesn't look in the best way from the outside, the staff is very courteous and the rooms are completely renovated and very clean.

Very basic hotel, simple but with good staff service, very comfortable beds and great shower. The common areas need to be modernized, the room I had was already renovated and so was the year

I didn't like it at all. Doubtful hygiene and above all too much noise. Good location but the foul smell that stays in the rooms makes us lose all pleasure. Very small room but good value for the price.
