Das Hotel ist über zwei nahegelegene Metrostationen und die Bahn in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Auch bis zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist es nicht weit.
Das Hotel selbst ist ziemlich neu und die dortigen Angestellten sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war für französische Verhältnisse eher groß und sauber. Die Gemeinschaftsräume bieten viele Spielmöglichkeiten und der Kaffeeautomat steht die ganze Zeit zur freien Verfügung. Man kann sich sogar mit einer aufladbaren Karte von der Rezeption vier unterschiedliche Biere rund um die Uhr selbst zapfen. Das Frühstück ist eher spartanisch gehalten. Es werden abgezählt jeweils ein Saft, ein Croissant, Joghurt und Butter pro Person ausgegeben. Wer möchte, kann auch noch ein Obststück und Cornflakes haben.
Der Pool war wegen Bauarbeiten noch nicht nutzbar.
Fazit: Gut gelegenes schönes neues Hotel. Vor allem für Familien mit größeren Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Wer das Frühstück am Morgen braucht, sollte ein Appartement mit Kühlschrank nehmen und sich im örtlichen Supermarkt entsprechend eindecken.

Une très bonne surprise pour ma nuit dans cet hôtel récent qui a ouvert fin juin 2024.
Personnel disponible & souriant, espace de co-living avec un distributeur foodless avec de bons produits pour manger sur place (entrée plat dessert pour 13€).
L'hôtel dispose également d'un parking a 12€ la nuit mais il y a aussi de la place dans la rue (stationnement payant également)
Concernant la chambre RAS, tout est propre, bonne literie, douche sans réducteur de pression ce qui devient rare dans les hôtels, cafetière et bouilloire avec café et thés a disposition, (pensez au chocolat aussi ^^)
La nuit a été très calme aucun bruit de couloir.
L'hôtel dispose aussi d'une piscine et sauna mais étant en déplacement pro je n'ai pas testé les équipements.
Je découche une cinquantaine de nuits par an et très clairement cet hôtel se place facile dans le top 3 des hôtels que j'ai pu faire.
A tester sans hésiter !

Great place to stay, but not for us
Staff was lovely and kind. No issues there. We knew going into this stay that the hotel is more like a "community living space" but we were still expecting a refrigerator in our room, there wasn't one. The room was also an awkward layout. There was a coffee maker and a kettle, but no plug near it, had to brew coffee on the floor because of plug placement. Also the cleaning schedule is so bizarre. It advertises as once a week, which we were fine with, but they were showing up every few days with no warning so we really didn't care for that, especially when we had a late morning. They also don't seem to communicate with the cleaning staff as to how many people were in the room. We went from having two bath towels and three smaller ones to one bath towel and two smaller ones and then one bath towel and one smaller one. Luckily the staff at the front desk was kind enough to get us another towel when requested.
This place is probably great for others, but we wouldnt stay again.

Instalações novas, equipa nova.
Exige uns 10/15 mins a pé para chegar ao metro. Deram-me um quarto abaixo do reservado (mínimo) o seguinte não era muito melhor. O sofá/canapé é muito desconfortável e inutilizável, secretaria do quarto inaproriada para travalhar. Piscina perfeita para um banho ao fim do dia. Pequeno almoço ok.

Honestly can't fault this accommodation. I didn't realise it was co-living residence until after I booked it but i'm glad I did. We had a superior apartment which was a great size, had everything in the apartment you need. Great shower. Lots of storage. Continental breakfast provided in the morning which was fine. Staff were super friendly and spoke really good English. There's a 24 hour gym and a little spa where you can also get treatments. Its located a 10 minute walk from the Expo and transport links only a 5 minute walk away. There is also a McDonalds a 2 minute walk away with a cinema, swimming pool (great for kids) & Decathlon store. The Accommodation is immaculately clean, 24 our reception, self service check-in & check-out. Only thing I struggled with is food as I follow a gluten free diet and no-where locally I could eat but found it hard anywhere in Paris. Overall the accommodation is a 10/10.

Fijn nieuw hotel. Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. En extra handdoek nodig om te zwemmen; zo geregeld.
Faciliteiten goed; zoals sauna, zwembad en fitness. Ruimte om te recreëren. Koffie gratis. Top hotel.
En ontbijt is een goed frans ontbijt. Dus verwacht geen uitgebreid buffet of zo.
