Telefonla Reservasyon Yaptırdım 4 oda olmak üzere Ve Reservasyonum da Otel Tarafından Confirme Edildi ama Meğersem Bunun Hiç Bir Önemi yokmuş. Az önce Otel Tarafından Arandım ve Odalarımın Bir Guruba Verildiği Söylendi Onlar için olay bu kadar Basit işte Düşünsenize Keşan a yola çıkıyorsunuz ve o sıra size bir Telefon Geliyor.. Çok özür dileriz biz sizin odalarınızı sizden daha büyük olan bir guruba Verdik.. olay Bu Kadar Da Basit işte.. işletme olmak Esnaf olmak yada müşteriye verilen değer.. yok ama para Tabiki Daha önemli bazı işletmeler için Hah işte burada değerli olan siz değilsiniz sizin Paranız..

İş seyahati için geldim. Sık sık da geleceğiz artık şirketçe. Konaklamak ve dinlenmek gibi çok basit bir amacım vardı. Özellikle sakin ve sesiz bir oda istediğimi belirtim check-in yaparken. "Tüm odalarımız sessizdir merak etmeyin dediler". Şu an gece 23.15, dört saattir alt kattan bangır bangır avam bir müzik, ve an itibarıyla da damat halayı dinliyorum. Konaklama için burayı düşünmeyin. Üst katında odalar olan bir gece klubü arıyorsanız 10 numara mekan. Not: Otel, odalar, temizlik vs güzel bu arada. Ekstradan 3 kuruş fazla kazanmak adına yazık etmişler güzelim otele. Oysa yıl boyu şirket olarak tercih edebilirdik. İşletmecilik hatası.

Everything was great except the flies by the breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the lake view. The rest room was on the small side. Very friendly staff members. I would highly recommend this hotel. But for continous improvement, the flies have to be eliminated the breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel, but sleep was almost impossible to find because the ventilation resonates so loudly on the top two floors. The noise finally stopped around midnight and started again at 4:30 in the morning. I wrote a complaint to the hotel management. No response.
