Struttura nel complesso molto buona. Personale cordiale ed efficiente. Buona la ristorazione, soprattutto la colazione e il servizio bar con la diretta preparazione dei cappuccini. Rappiorto ualità/prezzo ottimo.

Villaggio ex Valtur ristrutturato e riavviato da poco in un contesto naturale fantastico. Circa 300 scalini per accedere alla spiaggia privata che alcuni criticano ma che per i pigri come me sono un assoluto toccasana ed occasione per fare quel minimo di movimento giornaliero molto utile al benessere fisico.

Très bonne expérience. Personnel serviable et compétent parlant plusieurs langues. Bon accueil. La chambre était très bien un peu petite mais mais beaucoup de place de rangement. La salle de bain a été fonctionnelle. Les produits de douche et shampoing fournis et de bonne qualité. La chambre était faite tous les jours et était propre. La piscine est également très propre, nettoyée tous les soirs. Pas de dispute pour les transats il y en a toujours de disponible. La plage est aussi très bien aménagée et l'eau est très belle. On y accède par un petit chemin qui prend 4 à 5 minutes. Ou par la navette organisée par l'hôtel et gratuite. Le restaurant est de bonne qualité. La nourriture est variée et goûtue. Il y a peu de choix mais tout est bon et frais. Tout le personnel de la restauration est très sympathique. Peu d'attente au buffet toujours de la place en salle. Le restaurant propose même des petits pot pour bébé ainsi que des biscuits ou des céréales pour eux avec un accès à un micro-ondes et des plaques chauffantes pour réchauffer les purées de l'enfant. L'eau dans l'hôtel n'est pas potable mais il est possible de remplir ses propres bouteilles à tout moment que ça soit au bar ou au restaurant donc cela n'est pas un problème au final . Nous n'avons par contre pas profité des animations à cause de notre bébé de 21 mois qui faisait énormément de sieste l'après-midi. Toutefois nous avons pu voir que les activités avaient l'air sympa drôle et variées. Les quelques points négatifs, sont les horaires d'ouverture de la piscine qui ferme à 19h ce qui était trop tôt pour nous avec notre enfant, les horaires de la navette pour descendre à la plage qui étaient également pas adaptés à nos horaires. L'hôtel utilise également beaucoup trop de verres en plastique à mon goût ce qui ne contribue pas à l'écologie. Malgré ces quelques tout petits points négatifs, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et il est tout à fait possible que nous revenions dans l'établissement.

It's a former Valtur village, now a th resort, and it's a beautiful place. The arrival of the guests in conjunction with the opening caused inevitable problems, but the availability of the entire staff, from the director to the technicians, from the restaurant to the entertainment, to the cleaning ladies was such (one of the technicians called at 11 evening he arrived promptly to fix the air conditioning) to make the stay positive in any case. They will definitely be on top next year.

Despite small things still to improve let's say it was a nice holiday, the only flaw to solve is the sea too far from the hotel and with the heat 245 steps are really unsustainable ...........

The structure has recently reopened with the TH group, so they still have to organize themselves well with times, staff, quantity and quality of food ... Large and clean rooms. Strong point is the animation, very engaging and fun. Nice and prepared guys who offer many games, sports and activities. The shows at the end of the evening are really enjoyable. (People complain because there are 300 steps to go down to the beach. However, it said on the websites! The structure is at the top and the beach below. If you don't like it, you don't even have to book! Going down is no problem , to go back up to the limit there is the shuttle). The beach is long with fine pebbles. Clean and blue water but there are rocks, bring your shoes. The photographer of the Cri village is very good. Nonetheless pleasant experience!
