Moorside Rooms

I booked this for our 2 night stay on Skye after reading reviews and they were not wrong!! We arrived with muddy boots and clothes and were not bothered by me using a face washer to clean them!!! The biscuits and tea was lovely and the breakfast packs to go delicious If we ever visit here I would stay again and to anyone I know recommend they stay with this family while here

I stayed here with my husband and two of my daughters for 2 nights during our trip in Scotland. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the upstairs room we stayed in easily fit 4 adults without feeling cramped. My daughters loved the resident outdoor cat Haggis. Our host left plenty of gluten free options for my daughter with celiac disease, which made her feel very included and comfortable here. There was also plenty of options for the other three of us. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels for all of us as well. Our host was also very kind and responsive the few times we reached out to her! A very nice place that we highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Isle of Skye.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Sam is a lovely host and the house is very clean and cozy. Comfy beds and nice bathroom/shower. Very centrally located to main hiking spots and the town of Portree.

Moorside Rooms was the right place for us to stay while exploring the Isle of Skye. Centrally located and convenient.

A great Guest House close to town Just a great weekend stay all round! Sam couldn't do enough for us, always helpful and kind. The entry/check-in and our room was well organized and very clean. The inroom continental breakfast was very nice with a large assortment of items. The evening carrot cake was unexpected and delicious. The twin beds were adequate and the comforters kept us warm. Thank you Sam. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
