Facilities: There are parking spaces, restaurants and bars, but there is no area for walking;
Sanitation: Overall good;
Environment: The location is relatively remote, a bit far from the attractions on the island.
Service: The hotel front desk service is good. In addition to informing various precautions, they also help with luggage. The service level of the restaurant is uneven, some are very professional, and some are just so-so.
In general, compared with the high price of the hotel (more than 300 pounds per night in this season), the cost performance is not high. Maybe the higher the expectations, the more disappointed.

The hotel is right at the entrance of Sky Island, opposite the sea view. The room facilities are new, clean and tidy. The most important thing is that all the staff in the hotel are super enthusiastic and help us answer all our questions. The beans for dinner and breakfast are awesome! Highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Great location , Great rooms , Great Service, Great Interior Decor. Food quality is inconsistent ranging from very good to poor, requires improvement and is not currently consistent with the 2 rosette rating.

We have just enjoyed 2 nights at this lovey property and I want to specifically highlight the warm and gracious welcome and advice we received from Laura for whom nothing was too much trouble. She truly is an exceptional asset to the team. This is our first time to the Highlands-and Skye and, in retrospect, I would have booked something much closer to all the central tourist locations. As we travelled in winter, the traffic was not horrendous but I imagine travelling from Sleat to the main island in high tourism season would be most frustrating. We did not eat dinner here but enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea. The breakfasts were adequate but nothing special compared to our other accommodations throughout Scotland (many of which were considerably cheaper). The room itself was lovely with views over the water although the bathroom was bizarrely laid out (probably designed by a man).

This was my favorite accommodation while on our Scotland roadtrip! The staff exceeded my expectations and the food was unexpectedly fantastic, even better than I had in Edinburgh! I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did!

Really enjoyed the hotel - great service, food and room amenities. Only disappointing note was related the the location of the lodge room we booked - right on the edge of the parking lot overlooking the parking lot and lack of privacy with cars and people walking through. If you book a lodge room be sure to request one overlooking the garden - quieter and more private .

I think this hotel is understaffed and overpriced! They did not have personnel to take our heavy bags to the room!! We had to carry over a 100 yards on a gravel path; so we could not roll them and have to carry. Bar service was also bad. Food was good but a bit pricey. Definitely not recommended for over £630 a night!!!
