Isle of Skye Camping Pods

When we arrived, no one to welcome us. It was only by calling two numbers via Whatsapp that we were answered. We finally get the keys and discover that it's very small, even smaller than described. And the worst thing was that there was no towel, sheet or blanket. The "manager" who came to bring the keys told us that he had sent an email to notify us. This is not true. Finally we get a towel and a sleeping bag per person for €40 (€10 per person), to be paid in cash of course! No way to dry towels in a super small bathroom. When leaving the place, I realized too late that I had forgotten my Ray Ban glasses and my son's cap. I contact them and I only get a response once in France (i.e. 5 days later). They tell me they are checking. I follow up with them 3 days later and my items would have been found. I give my address, they respond again with a delay, tell me that they will send them but since the end of July and despite my always cordial reminders, nothing. RUN away they are not honest people, the disastrous exception of a trip and a great welcome everywhere we went
