Nice accommodation but the house keeping only comes on request and did unfortunately a poor job, no refill of the toiletries and change of linens and sheets. The location was near the city center and the room was quite spacious.
I booked a tower view but unfortunately in front of the hotel there is a construction site ongoing, but that’s not the hotel‘s fault.
All over all I felt comfortable during the stay.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She helped us call the car rental company and check the nearest stores for us. As the first stop in Iceland, this place is very qualified. And it's very close to the Chinese Embassy, ​​so I feel safe. They park for free. If the flybus comes, their station is opposite the central hotel. You can see it after crossing the road and walking back a hundred meters. Their breakfast is good, with more hot food than the hotel behind us.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our spacious family room provided plenty of space for everyone. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

Very good location, clean, electric kettle, but I still use my own. I can borrow a plug converter at the front desk. Breakfast is good. Breakfast can be reserved for 4-5 o'clock.
Disadvantages: The room is very small, there are no slippers. Please hang the cleaning card for a day, and there will be a Vietnamese aunt to clean it in the evening. I do n’t know why the hotel has a room for yellow skin?

One of the most amazing hotel stay. Driving here is an adventure on its own. After miles and miles of farmland, the suddenly, this James Bond looking hotel. The dinner here is exquisite and the room is nice and have all the amenities. The sauna is free and the hot tub  is located semi outdoor so if the Aurora did come, you can just chill in the hot tub and enjoy the view. If I have known earlier, I would have stayed one more night

Amazing location with great view. Good sized room, there is a bar/restaurant on site offers great food too. Breakfast is provided with no extra cost.
