Great property. Very comfortable and luxurious. The bar and food options can delivered to the room and very tasty! Really enjoyed the stay. Charlene was a great bartender by the pool!

Exceptional Vacation Property
The property was amazing & our Villa was exceptional!
We had a wonderful time! The staff & service they provided was exceptional! They took care of our every need & were very prompt. The Villa was super clean & looked like it was brand new. Having stayed at many high end properties in Islamorada, this was the best!

Everything was perfect. Every detail has been thought of. The rooms were immaculate and so well decorated. The property is really well maintained. We loved all of the games around the resort as well. Highly recommend!

Great property and amenities but $5M to buy into one and on top of that pay HOA and management fees? I know the keys have gone wild in pricing but there is no way to defend this price point. The agent I chatted with at the bar (William is his name I believe) is a total frat "bro". I can't believe he was hired to represent such a property, he would not be my first choice.

Everything was lovely except I felt rushed on my departure date. A front desk representative knocked around 9am to find out what time I was leaving. If your check out policy is 11am, you should not knock on people’s door to find out what time they are planning on leaving. It doesn’t feel like a luxurious experience when you do.
In addition to the early knock, the entire housekeeping staff was waiting by my front door when I checked out at 10:25. What if I wasn’t checking out at 10:25 and was coming back to the room until 11am? It was very awkward !! It was such a turnoff!

Best hotel in Islamorada, staff is so welcoming. Rooms/Homes are impeccable. Can't find any faults in the hotel, price is well worth it compared to the other hotels in the area. Only downfall is there is no restaurant on property, so make sure you have a car available to pick up food from the local restaurants such as Bayside Gourmet, Shrimp Shack, Lazy Days etc.
