Nice hotel rooms that you can drive up to. Nice amount of space—although the bathroom is very small. Pool area is ok, not enough umbrellas. Didn’t get water everyday despite being told it was included with the resort fee. The access to the sea isn’t great. Yoga was fantastic.

we had a wonderful time last night at the pool .the staff was awesome. How ever the biggest concern at the resort was all the construction that was happening that we were never informed of i think that was very deceiving and still charged us full price

We wanted to love this resort. However, they never mentioned at any point that there was MAJOR construction going on and that is was extremely loud and unavoidable. There were jackhammers and chainsaws running constantly from as early as 8am to 5pm. The noise is unbearable when you're at the only pool still open and you can still hear the construction when you're at the beach. It was impossible to relax. They should not be renting rooms with this type of construction going on. We literally had to leave the resort if we wanted to relax or have a good time. Felt like a greedy money grab to allow people to stay and spend money with all that going on. We weren't offered any apologies or compensation for it either. So disappointing.

My husband and I had a Wonderfull weekend getaway. The staff was very attentive and we really enjoyed the place. I'm looking forward to when the renovations are completed.

I love coming in the off season. This makes our 2nd year staying at this resort and will plan to return next year. The staff are kind and accommodating. They do all they can to ensure a memorable stay. I didn’t get her name but there was a lady who worked the bar that went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We usually stay in a Key south of Islamorada but decided to give this place a try and loved it!! Our room had a large patio area and the room was very nice and clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back!

We spent 2 days in August 24; we discovered at place that half of the hotel was in renovation works; we had not been told about that before our arrival; if we had known we would haven choosen another place (tere are other good hotels around); this is a very disrespectful attitude; we do not recommand this hotel
