Great food and service. Beautiful setting. The pools need some help, as do the rooms. Loved the tiki bar at night and the torches around the lagoon. Had screaming crying baby next to our room and I complained 3x. To my knowledge nothing was done. The adult pool is boring and the bartender kept leaving his post.

Another wonderful girls trip! Perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. This was our first time staying in the Lodge Suite (usually stay Lagoon/Resort view) and will definitely book again. Each style room offers its own quality features. Food & service by the pool was wonderful and a special note of appreciation to Dadrian at guest reception who greeted us so warmly. We saw her smiling face throughout the day and made the start of our days fabulous!

We just had 4 nights at this wonderful place. Staff were amazing, attentive and very friendly. Just walking around the resort was a pleasure... staff would stop the golf trolleys to ask you how your day was going and if there was anything we needed. Was treated to a room upgrade at reception and was delighted to get an ocean view suite. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a lovely relaxed break.

The property is beautiful. The staff is super friendly, but the fact that the beach is impassable because of all the seaweed so you cannot enter the water is awful. We were so looking forward to sitting on the beach and wading into the ocean, but that is not possible at Chico Lodge. The water is filthy and the entire property stinks from the Sargasso seaweed. Imagine a beautiful Florida Keys beach resort with no beach or I should say no accessible beach.

This is the nicest Resort in Islamorada! The customer service is exceptional, as are the many amenities, staff, and the food and bar service. The Spa is also top quality. Our family loves Cheeca Lodge & Spa!
