NO HOT WATER! I read previous reviews after and the same thing happened to them! So this has been going on for days! (Block 3) So deceitful of the hotel not to take the rooms off the booking sites! Diabolical they are still selling the king rooms. **BREACH OF CONTRACT — STANDARD AMENITY**
They offered a paltry $50 off to stay! I had paid Trip and wouldn’t get the refund in time to book another hotel at 6pm! So had no choice but to keep the reservation.
On top of all that, the bed was terrible, the springs creak! Sound proofing is non existent (see previous reviews also)

View was perfect as usual. Staff, room, pool, all great as usual. Went snorkeling on the sandbar Definitely our happy place. Thank you!

Arrived at 2:30 am and was welcomed by the sweetest lady to check us in at a sister resort. Woke up this morning to beautiful skies and friendly Islamorada vibes! Room is very nice and mattresses very comfy for a well needed sleep after a long day of travel yesterday! Wish we had more than one night here but will be returning!

The rooms where nice. Baseboards are pretty dirty though. The beds were comfortable and the grounds were well kept. Could not ride the bikes because they lost the key to the lock. Overall we had a nice time.

CLEAN ROOM! Nice, friendly staff. Very comfortable stay at great rate. Breakfast was light, but adequate. We will definately stay here on future visits!

The "beach" and pool areas offered no shade whatsoever in the hot Florida sunshine. The continental breakfast offered very little. The only choices were cold cereal and toast. Other continental breakfasts I have experienced at least offer yogurt and fruit as well. Also, the two free beers mentioned in my booking were non existent. The room was updated and clean but I would not stay here again.

Great cozy resort . Great view and location .. . The room was Very Clean . The beds were soft and comfortable. Paddle boards and bikes available. Pool was refreshing . They have great customer service. Ivy was amazing . Will definitely be back .

Great hospitality and atmosphere! They were very accommodating even when we needed to extend our stay. Definitely would recommend. Pet friendly was a plus. My son loved that he could fish off the docks all day and night if he wanted. Location was perfect!
