Three Waters Resort and Marina, Islamorada, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

The resort was very beautiful and well maintained. The cottage we stayed in was spacious and we really liked the decor and how soft the beds were. The food was good but a little pricey. We were not impressed with the cabana rental. The cabana was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait for it to be cleaned and set up. The cabana was not labeled and we were confused on which cabana was ours as there were 2 next to each other. We asked when service would start and we were told 10am, then we asked again at 10:45, then went to the front office at 11:30 and when 12pm rolled around with no service we decided to leave and get our money back on the cabana. At that point all we paid for was a chair and towel which did not meet our expectation when spending $250.00 on a cabana for the day. I would recommend several things for the cabana. 1. Number the cabanas so you can clearly see the number. Telling us Cabana 2 does not help when they are beside each other. 2. Stock the min fridge with water. 3. Clearly explain on the cabana rental that food/service will not start until a certain time. We expected to at least get something to drink while in the cabana. 4. Install a call button or app that you can be in contact with someone when you need something. There was a significant delay on getting our refund. And we do appreciate the Manager helping us on Friday get that resolved before we checked out on Saturday morning. All in all, the resort was great. We loved the vibe and updates made to the property. The rooms were comfortable and fresh, and we loved the beds as they were very comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. We most enjoyed fish like a local with Patrick. We found that the pool in the middle of the property was less used and felt more quiet and more private therefore we spent our time with a good book. I would give the stay at 4.5 out of 5. Highly recommend trying out Three Waters Resort.

Just stopped in for some Coffee for our long road trip back home. I asked if I could use my birthday reward from yesterday since I hadn’t been able to redeem it. Didi, Mal,Angela, And Amanda helped me get redeem my reward and made my coffee extremely yummy They also decorated my cup with a cute picture!! 10/10 would receive recommend stopping in to see these friendly girls and get your morning Cup of coffee☀️

The general statement is accurate. I WOULD RATE 3.5 stars. Beautiful place! Tropical vibe. Staff very friendly! NO ELEVATORS! Bathroom is TINY. No space to put much more than a toothbrush. Shower stall is small. I’m 6’ 250lbs. Room is dark! Fridge area near door is REALLY dark! Bathroom light “on” needed to see fridge. AC is good. Rooms clean. Bed is good. Restaurants are VERY VERY EXPENSIVE! Plenty of good places to eat off site. Booked thru Costco. $150 credit. It’s something. Check out reviews on Mangrove Mikes - nearby - just past Publix. And KeysBites. Bit of a drive but AMAZING food

Mal, Amanda, Didi, and Angelo are excellent! Warm greeting, helpful and enjoyed making beverages. Friendly handwritten message on my cup was delightful.

I had a wonderful time. I went on Sunday for brunch with my daughter, and Raul took care of us. He was very kind and, above all, attentive to every detail. My daughter couldn’t decide what she wanted to eat, and he suggested the grilled cheese sandwich. She loved it, and I was delighted. We were passing through on our way to Key West, and in the future I would love to stay at the hotel and enjoy the place more. Three Waters Resort and Marina in Islamorada is beautiful and relaxing, and the atmosphere is perfect for a getaway. What stood out the most was how amazing the management team was — the managers were professional, welcoming, and made sure everything was running smoothly. Their attention to guests really made the experience special. The brunch was also excellent, with delicious food and great variety. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, the service, hospitality, and food made this stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this resort and look forward to coming back!

Just checked out of our hotel and we had a very enjoyable day! The staff they were wonderful, SONNY! he greeted me with a big smile and asked if I needed a ride back towards the Cove and my hands were full of beach bags ! He went the extra mile! I also have to give a shout out to the wonderful staff at the Kindler restaurant! Food is amazing quantity quality! The wait staff, Keisha and Khadia really did a wonderful job ! Even the random work staff would smile and say good morning or afternoon. Very welcoming. I unfortunately cannot give it a five star because the rooms/building is a little on the older side. I understand they are trying to keep older buildings and repurpose them. But they were still very clean and the air conditioning worked amazingly!

We had such a great first time experience golfing by the water. Erick was very try helpful and made it so fun for us!! Definitely recommend participating in this especially if you have children that can run back in the water to retrieve the balls to hit a few more!
