Roomy Signature Hotel, Islamabad

We stayed at Roomy Signature for my mom’s medical trip and from the very start, the experience was exceptional. We were checked in by Mehboob Alam, someone whose name I won’t forget because of the genuine care he showed us. Understanding that my mother was about to undergo a long medical procedure, he went out of his way to show me three different room options, making sure we were completely comfortable. Every day, he asked about my mom’s recovery, which made us feel truly supported. A special mention to Chef Samuel, who kindly prepared soft, off-menu food for my mom—so thoughtful and appreciated. There was also a tall gentleman from room service whose name I don’t recall, but he too ensured we were looked after with kindness and care. The hotel itself is wonderful. It has one of the best Thai spas for foot massages, a great café to relax in, and a variety of restaurants. The location is secure and very convenient. Overall, I loved my stay at Roomy Signature. It wasn’t just a hotel stay, it felt like we were in safe hands during a difficult time.

Canopy rooftop restaurant review: Excellent food with impeccable service provided by Shahzaib and Umair! Rooftop heat lamps made it comfortable in the winter evening. Plates were pre-heated to maintain the warmth of the food being served - great attention to detail. Definitely a must visit when in Islamabad!

Great stay Great hotel. Very nice restaurants within their premises. Will recommend to eat at The Carnivore. Comfortable hotel with nice location with many shops nearby.

Bait and switch with the room We booked a family room with 2 king beds, but when we checked in the hotel gave us a smaller room with only one bed. The AC, set on 16 celcius, but does not cool the room. It is extremely uncomfortable and feels like 24-25 degreesin the room, definitely not a good sleeping temperature. Very unhappywith the room and the fact that Roomy did not provide us with the room webooked and paid for.
