Awais front office is very nice person Overall, I had a great stay at The Grand Hotel. While the restaurant service could be improved, the friendly staff and comfortable rooms made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to otherwise

Laundry services have been improved very much. Overall experience is good. The location is great, almost every posh area of Islamabad is approachable from here. I would recommend to improve the breakfast menu as its the same old from quite a long time.
