We loved our stay at Punta Blanca Beach House. It was quiet and small. The staff were all so kind and everyone went out of their way to be helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I absolutely loved the breakfast overlooking the ocean in the mornings. Fresh bread, fruit, and a cook to order menu that is included in your stay. Our private pool was clean and our room was cleaned daily by the sweetest woman. We stayed in the Ocean View room and our room faced north so we were able to enjoy coffee and a sunrise over the ocean in the morning and a sunset over the jungle in the evening. I would recommend this hotel to any person or persons who prefer to relax and find joy in the simple things in life.

Please be aware and NOT BOOK HERE. Beside being almost 50minutes away from airport and driving down a very bumpy unpaved road that is absolutely horrible. We arrived and the lobby was under construction, when we finally checked in we walked to our beachhouse and you can see trash on the sides, cigarette buds, and overrall bad smell. We got inside the beachhouse and we noticed stains, bugs crawling on walls, and worse of all NO electricity and they said that it goes in and out cause it runs on a generator. So imagine a 98 degree weather with no fan or AC or anything. We kept trying to stay positive, sat by the water, ate at their restaurant that they didnt have alcohol they said they were fully out....and thinking by the time we wasted time we would have electricity back, but ofcourse not. We went and packed our stuff and booked another hotel in hotel zone and left this place. After a week of trying to get a refund they refunded 5 nights out of 6 nights when we werent even there but 3 or 4 hours but yet we got charged a night. I would absolutely recommend everyone to not book here and go get a nice hotel at hotel zone area. UNLESS YOU PREFER NO ELECTRICITY FOR HOURS AND BUGS AND TRASH SMELL.

Don’t be misled by the positive reviews. I booked this place based on them, but as soon as I arrived, I felt completely deceived. The road leading to the property is unlit and unpaved—we drove on a bumpy dirt road for about 10 minutes just to reach the site. The parking area is also unpaved and covered in sand. The location is extremely remote, far from the main hotel zone—definitely not suitable for families with children. The property itself feels more like a construction site than a relaxing getaway. If anyone might enjoy this place, it would probably be someone seeking solitude and isolation. The beachfront area is also not child-friendly; it can be dangerous for kids to walk near the ocean due to the uneven terrain. While a young couple looking for a secluded, off-the-grid experience might find it romantic, most families seeking comfort and convenience should look elsewhere. On the way to the hotel, we encountered fast-moving motorcycles zipping past us, adding to the sense of danger. Although the map indicated it was 1.5 hours from tourist areas like Xcaret, the actual drive took closer to 2 hours due to poor road conditions.

This was a very secluded, beach property. Edith at the front desk was very helpful, assisting with transportation and any of our other requests with a smile. The staff on the beach, housekeeping, and anyone else we came in contact with were helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway to enjoy the sea and disconnecting from everyday life, this is the place for you. If you want constant entertainment and crowds, you may need to look elsewhere.

This resort is so peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The staff was amazing, super helpful and SO nice. Food was great, the resort is right on the water! Had several meals sitting ocean front with an incredible view! Make sure to book a massage, she is awesome! Can't wait to book again. If you're looking for shiny and ultra modern this is not for you, if you want low key, great staff, laid back surroundings, look no further.

This was the most charming stay. It's uniquely beautiful and more akin to Fiji or Bali than Mexico. It's a very small beach hotel with stunning views, Gourmet food, quiet surroundings and very helpful and friendly staff always eager to make you feel at home ! Not overly crowded like big resorts. You feel safe here and completely relaxed. The rooms were very nice with simple natural furnishings. Soft bed! We even had a small kitchen equipped with a fridge. Everything except your room is open-air at this boutique hotel. Come here is you want to enjoy the best coastline in Mexico. A+
