The view outside is stunning. Early check in when we arrived at 9:00am in the morning. Friendly staff. Good food. Spacious room.

We had a wonderful experience at Garza Blanca! There were 6 of us, and we all feel the same way. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. No request was not met. The experience exceeded our expectations! Food was delicious, especially at DAO. The rooftop bar accommodated our request to play the football game for us on Sunday. I visited Spa Imagine and had a wonderful experience! Rosa guided me through the hydrotherapy experience and Cony worked her magic with her hands. Leaving was sad, but the staff that assisted with the process were very thorough. The bellboy Carlos made sure everything was smooth with our airport transfer transportation. We would definitely return to this resort. We left with lots of memories, a few pounds heavier and a little sun-kissed. It was a perfect family vacation!

Ten stars. Yes, ten. The Garza Blanca Resort in Cancun has somehow achieved what was thought to be a mathematical impossibility. A perfect, 5-star experience is for amateurs. They have ascended to a new plane of luxury, where the stars align and the drinks flow freely. First, let's talk about Luis and Francisco, our butlers. These two didn't just meet our needs; they anticipated them. We're pretty sure they have some kind of telepathic link to our vacation wants and desires. There was Daniel and Marco, the pool attendants. They're basically the guardians of poolside perfection. They kept us hydrated, happy, and our shades at the perfect angle for optimal tanning. We also want to shout out Ernesto and Edgar from the activities team. Those two were a whirlwind of fun, dragging us away from the comfort of our lounge chairs and making us laugh harder than we have in years. We're still recovering. Simply put, this place is so good, we're pretty sure we've been spoiled for all future vacations. Thank you, Garza Blanca, for breaking the scale and raising the bar. We’ll be back.

Had an incredible time staff were very helpful and very professional lots of activities to do. Food was amazing specially the breakfast buffet.

We had the one bedroom suite and it was beautiful. Everyone was very kind and the food was terrific. There were a couple of suggestions I would give them if they were interested - 1 - The breakfast places don't open until 8 - so if you have early excursions, you don't have many options. We ordered room service the night before, but it arrived on Cancun time (hour late) so we didn't get to eat before we left. There isn't a coffee option open in the morning - which for those of us who are caffeine *******, that was a challenge. I would recommend that they have a room service option with cereal/milk/breads that you can order the night before to keep in the kitchen area - so you just make your own. I would also strongly recommend having a coffee station in the lobby with basic coffee available as early as 5AM. 2 - Also, we wanted to bring a couple of snacks for the boat, but they woudn't let us take any of the food from breakfast for a snack. It would be terrific to have a grab and go snack option for excursions. 3 - The ATM situation isn't great there. You need cash for tipping on anything off-resort. A working ATM would be great. 4 - This is probably a personal thing - but we did the all inclusive. Even when you do that, you still get a bill that you sign after every interaction (food and drink). While most of it is included, it still stressed me out to get a bill, see the price and felt pressured to tip for every single interaction. One of the great things about an all-inclusive is that you are free from all that. We really felt pressured to tip for everything. The resort itself was quite luxurious. I loved the spa and the hydrotherapy option that you can do one hour before your scheduled service. My children couldn't get enough of the swim up bar and the bar tender was so patient with their consumption of 10 strawberry frozen drinks per day. They made memories for sure.

The staff and service was amazing, best customer service I’ve had in all my life. The food was great, amenities and activities were perfect, I had the most relaxing week ever. My final day I had breakfast at the Gourmet Hall and Adolfo and Carlos Jordan made my final meal perfect. Very attentive, very sweet, just another wonderful example of how amazing their customer service is. I recommend everyone coming here for a stay, you won’t regret it.
