Service was great. Our ocean view room was lovely. The room itself was clean but definitely could tell wear and tear in spots but that wasn’t a bother to us. Food was less than to be desired. Every meal left me wanting more so that was disappointing.
The beach front was great as well as all the pools and lazy river. We had some issues in our group with charges to rooms that shouldn’t have been there. They all eventually got sorted out but it took a lot of work to make things right.
I don’t think I would recommend this resort to family and friends. I would look for a different resort but the island itself was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort, the rooms were nice however there was some dust in the room. There are many restaurants to choose from and the food was good. The shows were fine. I’ll come back again.

Muy buenas instalaciones y atención, la comida muy rica y los restaurantes a la carta en especial el de cortes y en lo personal que yo hago ejerció el gimnasio esta muy completa quisiera hacer incapie en la atención del gimnasio pues el recibimiento de de Paulina y Clarisa fue excelente @leonel_garcia_ @gorilamx

Todo muy bueno el hotel es muy bueno el gym a mi que me gusta está muy bueno y nuevo la gente que está ahí son muy agradables Clarisa y Paulina muy atentas , las albercas también son muy buenas y las bebidas también, la gente de aquí es atenta , la playa está muy bonita volvería a venir siempre

La gente es muy generosa y amigables 10/10. Te reciben como si te conocieran de años. El gym esta bonito y los equipos están muy limpios, el check in del hotel fueron muy buenos en su trabajo y explicando los benificios. La comida está buena y las bebidas también

Muy buenas las instalaciones y servicio del personal Paulina y Clarisa nos brindaron un muy buen servicio en todos los días que venimos al gymnasio al igual que la maquinaria del gym estaba de una muy buena calidad y todo está muy limpio y la bienvenida nos gustó algo único

Nothing was too much for the staffs to do for you .The food was superb It was a really relaxed period for me. So many places to enjoy yourself without going out of the resort for the whole 6 days that I was there was no dull moment. Lots of people around but you do not disturb each other .

Stephanie Flores consierge excelente servicio al cliente y muy amable; me ayudó a ser miembro Marriot desde el hotel planeta Hollywood Cancun y me explicó todos los beneficios del spa y otras amenidades. En general el trato en el hotel es bueno pero falta querer más al mexicano, dan más preferencia al extranjero.
