宿泊自体は比較的快適だったが、水道は変な味がした。
レストランのDJは爆音で夜中まで音楽をかけるため、耳栓が必要。
レストランは断りなくチップを含めた金額で請求してきて不愉快だった。クオリティの割に高いので他のところを勧めます。夜は蚊が多いので外で過ごすのは難しい。
バスは目の前を通っているが、バスのスケジュールが決まっていないので移動は少し不便。レストランが近くに少なく、ダウンタウンに戻った方が選択肢が多い。

It was a great hotel, I loved the vibe especially the sunset was amazing! Great costumer service and very delicious food! The only thing that i didn't like was the beach, very sallow so you couldn't have a proper swim unless you walked a bit. But in general was amazing!

Mi experiencia fue muy bonita, tenian patos por el beach, un alberque grande y linda vista a la playa. Kundo fue quien nos atendio y la pasamos a toda madre!! Fue genial con vosotros . La comida fue un 11/10 . Comimos pizzas al horno y tomamos margaritas de don julio 70 . Nada malo que aportar !!!! Visiten este lugar

Nos atendió un mesero muy amable, simpático y muy predispuesto, Nosotros le decíamos kundo pero su nombre era facundo, nos invitó a probar los camarones jumbo y algunos ceviches, Muy rica la comida!!! El servicio se demoró lo normal, pero valió la pena la espera!! Nos hospedamos por 3 días con mi pareja, La alberca es excelente y la vista a la playa fenomenal! A pesar de los comentarios nosotros la pasamos muy bien, el restaurante era estupendo .

Fuimos a comer en familia a el restaurante areia que es diferente al hotel mayan monkey, nos hospedamos unos dias mi esposa y mis hijos en el Hotel, mucho que hablar sobre el hotel. Con respecto al bar muy buena la atención en especial de kundo que fue nuestro mesero y hizo nuestra velada muy graciosa y comoda, la comida muy buena tambien! Rapida y gran presentacion de platillos

The staff was the absolute best!!! Renting a golf cart was easy, walking about easy, relaxing on the beach so nice. The property is to the south of the island, so away from all the party scene, but still a great party vibe. We stayed a week and would absolutely stay again. A short walk from several great restaurants and bars. But seriously, try a golf cart for 24 hrs, go see the sun rise at the far south of the island, you won’t regret it. And make sure you say hola to Matteo and team, they are the BEST!!
