The stay itself was relatively comfortable, but the tap water had a strange taste.
The DJ at the restaurant played loud music until late at night, so earplugs were needed.
The restaurant charged the full price including the tip without asking, which was unpleasant. It was expensive for the quality, so I recommend finding another place. There are a lot of mosquitoes at night, so it's difficult to spend time outside.
The bus passes right in front of the hotel, but the bus schedule is not fixed, so it is a bit inconvenient to get around. There are not many restaurants nearby, so it is better to go back to downtown for more options.

It was a great hotel, I loved the vibe especially the sunset was amazing! Great costumer service and very delicious food! The only thing that i didn't like was the beach, very sallow so you couldn't have a proper swim unless you walked a bit. But in general was amazing!

hermosa la onda del hotel! dj tocando musica en la playita, los empleados gente joven super amable! en especial ERIK de guadalajara ( hay tres erik) un divino! lo unico q tiene es la playa es cortita pero la atencion , las instalaciones, habitaciones muy lindo, una onda particular para mi es recomendable para publico joven.

UNSANITARY salt water in hotel rooms. I had to shower and brush my teeth with salt water that seemed like it was coming straight from the ocean. Manager unable to justify why water was salty and unclear about source of the water. Asked multiple people in the island and they all said water comes directly from Cancun and is not salty. I had to check out early due to health concerns of using untreated salt water. Furthermore, I had originally booked a jungle room but was changed to an ocean room because they claimed that there wasn’t going to be electricity in those rooms. Hotel location is also a far from downtown area. Overall, BAD experience mostly because of water conditions. Read other reviews saying there was also bedbugs. Don’t stay here.

Quede enamorada de este lugar , es perfecto para relajarse ,todas sus habitaciones son super cómodas y sus áreas comunes muy limpias. La mayoría del personal fue amable ,pero quiero resaltar a Vanesa y Ryan de recepción quienes tienen la mejor actitud y atención sin duda . Me quedé solo dos días para festejar el cumpleaños de mi hermano y estuvo increíble, la cocina me dio opción para un pastel de último momento lo cual agradezco, aunque me hubiera encantado que el personal del bar y meseros fuera más amigable y me hubiera ayudado al momento de cantar las mañanitas , aún así me la pasé increíble

Location is 40 mins away walking from the ferry. Awesome bartender and great afternoon check-in experience. My issue was with the night receptionist: she was working the Somnia event night shift on Sunday April 20th. If she does not like her job she shouldn't be working in hospitality and there are probably other people more suited for the Job. Also the A/C was broken in our room.
