No lo recomiendo no tienen seguridad con las cosas que se dejan en la habitación. Desaparecen las cosas, no hacen nada. Parece que son los mismos trabajadores. Tengan cuidado

Nos robaron 4 mil dólares dentro del hotel y nadie se hizo responsable. Estuvimos hospedados en Bahía Tolok y alguien entró sin autorización y desaparecieron 4 tarjetas, entre ellas de crédito y débito. El ingreso fue selectivo y sin señales de fuerza: solo se llevaron las tarjetas , fue claramente un robo interno. Lo más grave fue la actitud posterior del hotel: ni la dueña quiso darnos la cara (estando a pocos metros), nos ignoraron, nos trataron con soberbia y nos llenaron de excusas. Durante días nos dijeron que revisarían las cámaras de seguridad. Finalmente luego de 48 hs nos confirmaron que las grabaciones *SOLO DURAN 5 DÍAS* y que justo el día del robo ya no existe registro. Claramente nos mintieron desde el principio y encubrieron la situación. Además de la inseguridad, el destrato y la falta total de responsabilidad, lo que más duele es que esta gente representa al turismo en México. Es una vergüenza. ⚠️ No recomendamos este hotel bajo ninguna circunstancia. No es un lugar seguro, no te cuidan y no se hacen cargo de nada.

My experience at this hotel was simply terrible. From the moment I arrived, the staff was arrogant and unprofessional. Instead of offering good service, they seemed to be looking for any excuse to charge unjustified extra fees. They tried to charge me for towels and keys, as if it were normal to penalize guests for basic services. It was clear that all they care about is taking your money, not making sure you have a pleasant stay. The owner was rude and completely disrespectful, unable to handle the situation with kindness or empathy. They have no interest in solving problems, only in blaming the guest and squeezing as much money as possible. Don’t fall into this trap. There are many better places in Mexico where you'll be treated with respect and honesty. Avoid this one if you want a decent experience.

Disappointed with the Lack of Hospitality We were really looking forward to our stay at Bahia Tolok, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room we were given faced the street and was extremely noisy — we had traffic sounds and barking dogs keeping us up. We politely asked if we could move to a quieter room and were shocked when they told us we’d have to pay for another full night, at a rate higher than what we originally paid. We even offered to forfeit our 1000 pesos deposit just to make a change, but the staff wouldn’t budge or offer any kind of help or compromise. We didn’t feel heard or valued as guests. In the end, we packed our things and left at 10 p.m. to stay somewhere else. It’s a shame, because the property itself seemed promising. But the lack of flexibility and basic hospitality made it a place I wouldn’t recommend — especially if you’re looking for a restful experience or staff willing to work with you in good faith.
