We had an amazing stay at SLS Playa Mujeres! The resort is absolutely stunning—the pool is beautiful, and the beach is just as breathtaking. The food was top-notch, and we especially loved the poolside lunch from Twiggy—definitely a highlight! Our favorite dinner spot was Lotus, the Asian restaurant, where the flavors and ambiance were incredible. A huge shoutout to some of the incredible staff who made our trip extra special: • Kevin at Brassiere Maxine (the Italian restaurant) was fantastic! He learned our names quickly and provided such friendly and attentive service. • Guillermo took care of us every morning at breakfast and was wonderful—always polite, funny, and even helped us practice our Spanish. • By the pool, Mauricio and Cerzo were outstanding. They made sure we always had drinks in hand and even brought out waters without us asking. They were so quick, attentive, and friendly. Mauricio, in particular, was in his first week on the job, but you’d never know it—he was a total pro! We also want to give a huge thank you to Magical Moments Vacations by Elizabeth for booking this trip and picking the perfect resort for us. Everything was seamless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. SLS Playa Mujeres truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

The kids pool was great for our 6yr old. The restaurants were slow at times, but the food was overall pretty good. The SLS Elite butler, Nora, was a must to make dinner reservations upon arrival for the week. She was also very helpful to facilitate anything to include a birthday celebration! Although it was a family resort, the adult pull was big and far enough away that you could enjoy some quiet time. The fitness facility was the best I’ve seen at any resort. From yoga to CrossFit, spinning and even an outdoor wood muscle beach area. Overall, the employees were very helpful and kind! The grab and go coffee/ ice cream shop and separate smoothie shop were great to have available!

El mejor hotel sencillamente, desde que llegas la atención es increíble, nuestro concierge Isaac Garita estuvo al pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y no hay mejor palabra que excelencia! Los restaurantes, una delicia, una mención honorífica, para el Caracol y para Filia de verdad su comida es insuperable. Como recomendación, solo mejorar un poco la logística de las reservas, quizá implementar notificaciones cuando la mesa esté lista, sobretodo si eres huésped elite, y así quizá mientras esperar en alguno de los inmejorables bares. All restaurants in the Hotel are really good. But Hibachi is the greatest one. Especially Chef Geraldo is perfect and so fun.

Hotel is flawless. Beach service and drinks are so high quality. Rooms are exceptional as well. We stayed 8 days in swim out room and it was best room we stayed so far! Definitely money well spent! Couple of things for hotel to improve: - kids club hours are limited and that should be extended to dinner hours - restaurant services are quite random as well. You need to reserve well 2 hours for dinners (service might be slow) - hibachi restaurant was so good and thanks to excellent chef Gerardo for his smiles and positive energy! - dinner reservations are manual but not painful. We did 6 evening’s reservations in one visit! - there are always sell ups in the restaurants but no pressure whatsoever! The regular menus are already high quality.
